Restarting my passive income journey wasn’t something I planned—it just happened slowly over time.
I took a long break from my online work. Life got busy, and little by little, I stopped creating. Without even realizing it, my passive income journey paused.
Now it’s been months, and starting again feels a bit scary. But at the same time, I know I don’t want to give up on my goals.
So this is me… restarting my passive income journey, slowly and simply 💗
🌸 What Happened
Before my break, I was working on a few different things in my passive income journey:
Amazon KDP books
My blog
Affiliate content
YouTube videos
At first, everything felt exciting. I had so many ideas, and I wanted to try everything.
But that was also the problem.
I was doing too much at once. Instead of focusing, I kept jumping from one thing to another. Eventually, I felt overwhelmed.
And instead of slowing down…
I stopped completely.
Days turned into weeks… and weeks turned into months.
🌸 What I Struggled With
Coming back to my passive income journey wasn’t easy.
I struggled with:
Feeling behind compared to others
Not knowing where to restart
Overthinking every idea
Wanting everything to be perfect
Sometimes I would sit down, ready to work…
and end up doing nothing.
That feeling made it even harder to start again.
🌸 What I’m Doing Now
This time, I’m approaching my passive income journey differently.
Instead of trying to do everything, I’m keeping things simple and manageable.
Here’s my new plan:
Focus on just a few things (KDP, blog, and short videos)
Do one small task each day
Create simple content, not perfect content
Reuse content across platforms (YouTube Shorts + TikTok)
I’m not rushing anymore.
I’m building slowly, step by step—and that feels much better 💗

Taking a break from my passive income journey taught me a lot.
Here are a few things I realized:
You don’t need to do everything to make progress
Simple content is better than no content
Consistency matters more than motivation
It’s okay to take breaks—just don’t quit
Most importantly, I learned that starting again is always possible.
